TRAININGS

Our goal at BQFC is to make sure every woman that chooses us knows she is not alone and she has accountability partners that are more than willing to guide and mentor you to getting those goals crushed..

Group Training:

Group Training is for women who do not want to work out by themselves but also do not want to go to a gym.  With our classes being virtual, you can literally work out from anywhere! Designed for all fitness levels rather beginner or expert. Classes are 15-20 minutes and will give you the encouragement you need to build a stronger, leaner and more confident you!

Personal Development

With life, we know that it is hard to work on everything all together.  If you are one of those people, this is where you should start. Subscription (3 month minimum) of this program includes wellness coaching and health and wellness assessments are offered which will help prepare the mind for your next steps and achieving your sustainable wellness goals. Meal plans, grocery lists and access to recorded classes will be available to you so you can work out at your leisure.

Personal Training:

One on one classes will give you the individual time you desire.  We will focus on lifestyle changes, clarity and focus as well as getting your S.E.X.Y in order.  This option not only provides optimal results, it also allows you to take full control of your outcome by choosing what level of exercise works best for your lifestyle and health
